They are given the critical task of health management and monitoring based on physician’s orders. Usually, when the patient returns home from the hospital, he or she is still unable to to pursue normal daily living activities. Often, during the adjustment period, the nurse has to help the patient during the transition.

Sometimes Skilled Nursing is required for long-term and in other cases, it is only required for a few weeks. Our nurses provide Wound Care and Dressing Changes, Administering Injections, Catheter Care, Respiratory Care, GI Tube Feeding Assistance, Therapeutic Anti-Coagulation and Preventing Falls.
